• Price is for a family only (2 adults with or without children). Additional adults must also be qualified through application form and rent will be increased by $100 per additional adult.
*Rent including utilities, satellite TV, and Quonset is $ (sorry, rented) /mo. with power and natural gas cap of $150 / mo. At the end of each lease, the SaskEnergy and SaskPower cost will be calculated (rural meters are only read once per year) and anything over the average cost of the past three years will be charged to the tenant. If the Quonset is not included, the rent will be (sorry, rented). Please inquire about inclusion of ~5 acres of pasture.
Please note landlord has property on site and reserves the right to enter the farm yard without notice for access to said property. This will occur mostly during the summer months. Landlord also mows grass outside of the inner treed yard and in the fire pit area. Inside the treed yard is considered "tenant's "inner yard" and is up to the tenant to maintain the grass.
Out of respect for our current tenants' privacy, only those who qualify by
